Most of my clients come to our work with a desire for healthier ways of coping with the demands of life.
Your disrupted inner world can cause stress in your relationships. Perhaps you have become anxious and depressed, or have been struggling with addiction(s) to cope with stress and past pain. Most likely, you have a harsh inner critic.
I take into account that each client has had their own unique set of experiences, and has their own unique story to tell. I believe an environment of acceptance, understanding, and privacy is the foundation for therapy.
While I value weekly long-term weekly sessions, I also value short-term intensive work. We will collaborate on the best approach for you and your individual needs.
